By installing or using SideFetch ("the extension"), a product of Hemant ("the Developer"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the extension.
SideFetch is a Chrome extension developed and operated by Hemant that provides a REST API testing client in Chrome's Side Panel. The extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
You are solely responsible for the API requests you send using SideFetch. You agree to use the extension only in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of service of any APIs you interact with. You will not use the extension for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
SideFetch offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. The free plan includes core functionality with usage limits as described on our pricing page. The Pro plan unlocks additional features for a recurring subscription fee. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Lemon Squeezy. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, email support@sidefetch.com within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. Refunds after 7 days are at our discretion. See our full Refund Policy for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the extension. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the extension or Pro features at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it from Chrome.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
