We want you to be completely satisfied with SideFetch Pro. If the extension doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase — no questions asked.
Email us at support@sidefetch.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address you used for your purchase. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Refund requests made after the 7-day period are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We strive to be fair — if you're experiencing a genuine issue, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Cancelling your Pro subscription is separate from requesting a refund. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. After cancellation, you retain Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
